GEMA-Technik GmbH
In 2025, we had Zwerrenz develop and manufacture an automated system for assembling a four-part assembly. The assembly was not just about joining plastic parts together - it also involved implementing a stretchable PU membrane. That was absolutely complex and highly demanding. As soon as we received the request from our customer, I would not have believed that something like this could be manufactured on an automated machine. It should be mentioned that - before the order was awarded to Zwerrenz - there were 3 competitors in our customer's vendor pool. Two of them withdrew from this pool themselves as the requirements became increasingly precise, apparently classifying the task as too difficult and complex. Zwerrenz was a competent partner for us at every stage - both in the initial contact and in preparing the quote, and later in executing the project. The very young team is "refreshingly different" - very polite, curious, absolutely competent and motivated. From what we experienced, there seems to be "no obstacle" too high. There seems to be a solution for everything. That was certainly the case for us. We understood each other from the very first conversation. Commitments are kept and we meet at eye level. I am personally thrilled with this company, and I would recommend them to anyone who has difficult assembly tasks to solve.
